Your feedback and support requests help us improve Adsroid and provide you with the best experience. This guide explains how to share feedback, report issues, and get assistance quickly.
1. Submitting Feedback
- Go to Dashboard → Feedback or click the “Share Feedback” button.
- Fill in the form with your suggestions, feature requests, or ideas.
- Submit your feedback — our team reviews every submission and prioritizes based on user impact.

2. Reporting Issues
- If you encounter bugs or unexpected behavior:
- Go to Support → Report Issue.
- Describe the problem and, if possible, attach screenshots.
- Submit your ticket — you will receive a confirmation and a ticket number.
- Our support team aims to respond within 24–48 hours for Premium users. Free plan users may experience longer response times.
3. Live Chat & Help Center
- Premium users can interact with our AI Agent for guidance on campaigns, features, and optimization.
- All users can access the Help Center for articles, tutorials, and FAQ.
