• Adsroid does not permanently store advertising performance data. All API data is processed in real time and discarded after execution.

• This approach minimizes risks of misuse or exposure of sensitive marketing data.

• Data may be transferred to countries outside the EU, including the United States, for the purposes of advertising, analytics, or service provision.

• Personal data is hashed (SHA256) where applicable to enhance privacy and security.

• We do not share data with third-party partners beyond the mentioned categories of providers (cloud hosting, analytics, LLM providers, and payment processors).

6. Data Processing & Use of AI (LLMs)

• All data is transmitted only for the time necessary to perform the requested action.

• Communication with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) is secured through encrypted APIs.

• In some cases, Adsroid may use Large Language Models (LLMs) to analyze data and provide optimized recommendations to users.

• Multiple LLM providers and models may be used depending on the use case, but we do not disclose specific providers, as this may vary.

• Data processed via LLMs is only used to generate recommendations in real time. According to the policies of major providers, data sent through APIs is not used to train or fine-tune their models.

AI-generated recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. While Adsroid ensures that data is processed securely and responsibly, the final interpretation and decisions based on AI outputs remain the sole responsibility of the user.

7. Data Retention

• Cookies and UTM parameters: retained for up to 13 months, in line with CNIL recommendations.

• Personal data of users: retained for the duration of account activity plus up to 3 years after account deletion or inactivity, unless longer retention is required by law (e.g., accounting, tax).

• Advertising performance data retrieved via APIs: not stored persistently and discarded immediately after processing.
