Welcome to Adsroid.com and its subdomain app.adsroid.com (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Adsroid Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

2. Services

Adsroid provides a SaaS platform including AI-powered tools to assist in managing, analyzing, and optimizing advertising campaigns via API connections with third-party advertising platforms, including: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other major advertising platforms.

• Important: Adsroid provides assistance and insights only. The AI may generate errors, approximations, or “hallucinations” in its output. Users must not rely solely on the Services to make decisions; always verify independently.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering.

• Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse free plans or circumvent limitations is prohibited.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access the Services in any unauthorized manner or bypass security.

• Use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities.

• Copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer our software or AI models.

• Store, scrape, or extract platform data outside of Adsroid’s on-demand API calls.

• Share, sell, or transfer your account.

• Misrepresent data or use it to harm Adsroid, other users, or third parties.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination and potential legal action.

5. AI Outputs and Limitation of Liability

The Services, including AI-generated recommendations, are provided for informational and assistance purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

• AI-generated data is indicative only: Adsroid’s AI tools may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information (“hallucinations”).

• Users must independently verify all insights before acting on them.

• Adsroid is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adsroid disclaims all liability for:

  • Lost revenue, profits, or business opportunities

  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI output

  • Consequences of decisions made based on Services

• Adsroid does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services and may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• Adsroid shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party service failures, strikes, or force majeure events.
• In no event shall Adsroid’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the Services in the preceding three (3) months

6. Intellectual Property

• Adsroid retains all rights, title, and interest in its platform, software, AI models, and content.

• Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for internal purposes only.

• Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.

7. Payments and Subscriptions (if applicable)

• Paid plans are billed per selected subscription.

• Refunds, if any, are provided solely at Adsroid’s discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law.

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination.

• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which remain the responsibility of the user.

8. Data Handling & Security

• Adsroid retrieves platform data only on-demand via API when requested by the user or via notifications. No permanent storage of platform data (ad spend, clicks, campaign metrics) occurs.

• Data transit is secured via encrypted workflows (Make, Zapier, n8n, or custom-built solutions).

• Internal systems are protected with encryption, access control, monitoring, and organizational policies.

• While Adsroid implements industry-standard measures to protect data, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and users acknowledge and accept this risk.

9. Termination

• Adsroid may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, at its discretion.

• Upon termination, all access ends immediately.

• Upon termination, Adsroid has no obligation to retain or provide any data associated with the account.

• Paid subscriptions are subject to the payment terms.

10. Modifications

Adsroid may update or modify the Services or Terms. Users will be notified of material changes via website or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governed by French law.

• Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Paris, France.

• International users agree to this jurisdiction and waive claims in other jurisdictions.
