Adsroid Copilot is built around one core idea: turning insights into concrete actions.
This article explains how actions are created, how validation works, and how you can interact with Adsroid using AI chat.
What Happens When Adsroid Detects an Optimization
When Adsroid identifies an opportunity in your account, it immediately creates a corresponding action.
At the same time, an email is sent to the address configured in your project.
This email includes:
- A clear explanation of the issue detected
- The action that Adsroid recommends
- The expected impact on performance
You can directly approve the action from the email using the call-to-action button.
If you do not want to apply the action, you can simply ignore the email.
The action will remain pending in your project until you take a decision.
Where to Find Actions
All actions are centralized in the Actions tab of your project.
From this section, you can:
- Review all pending actions
- Approve or reject recommendations
- Track actions that have already been executed
This gives you full visibility over everything Adsroid is doing.
Action Status Explained
Each action follows a clear lifecycle:
- Pending: waiting for your validation
- Approved: validated and ready to be executed
- Executed: successfully applied
- Rejected: declined and not applied
You can monitor all statuses directly from the Actions tab.
How Validation Works
Validation depends on the mode you are using.
In Copilot mode:
- Every action requires your approval
- You can approve it via email, dashboard, or AI chat
In Manual mode:
- Actions are not executed
- You receive recommendations only
In Autopilot mode:
- Actions are executed automatically
- No validation is required
Using AI Chat to Trigger Actions
You can also interact directly with Adsroid using natural language.
Instead of waiting for suggestions, you can request actions yourself.
Examples:
- “Pause keywords with high CPC and no conversions”
- “Exclude wasted search terms”
- “Reallocate budget to best campaigns”
Adsroid will:
- Understand your request
- Generate the action
- Ask for validation if needed
- Execute it
Continuous Optimization
Adsroid works in a continuous loop:
- Analyze performance
- Detect opportunities
- Create actions
- Validate or execute
- Repeat
This ensures your account is always optimized without constant manual work.
