Troubleshooting & Common Issues

This article helps you identify and fix the most common issues when using Adsroid Copilot.

If something doesn’t work as expected, it’s usually linked to settings, data availability, or mode configuration.

No Actions Are Showing

If you don’t see any actions in your project, it can be due to several reasons:

  • Your account does not have enough data yet
  • Your thresholds are too strict
  • No optimization opportunities have been detected
  • You are in Manual mode

What to do:

  • Wait for more data (especially on new accounts)
  • Review your thresholds and targets
  • Check that your account is active and spending

Actions Are Not Being Executed

If actions are created but not executed:

  • You are likely in Copilot mode and actions are waiting for approval
  • The actions are still in “Pending” status

What to do:

  • Go to the Actions tab
  • Approve the actions manually
  • Or validate them directly from the email

No Email Notifications Received

If you are not receiving emails:

  • The email may not be correctly configured in your project
  • Emails may be going to spam
  • Notifications may be disabled

What to do:

  • Check the email address set in your project
  • Check your spam folder
  • Ensure notifications are enabled

Actions Do Not Match Your Expectations

If you feel actions are too aggressive or not relevant:

  • Your thresholds may not be properly configured

What to do:

  • Adjust your Target CPA, Critical CPA, and Critical CPC
  • Review your conversion delay setting
  • Make sure your targets reflect your real business goals

Adsroid follows your rules, so better inputs lead to better outputs.

Too Many or Too Few Actions

If you get too many actions:

  • Your thresholds may be too loose

If you get too few actions:

  • Your thresholds may be too restrictive

What to do:

  • Fine-tune your settings progressively
  • Monitor how Adsroid reacts over time

AI Chat Not Triggering Actions

If the AI chat does not generate actions:

  • The request may be too vague
  • The action may not be supported yet
  • The account may lack sufficient data

What to do:

  • Use clear and specific instructions
  • Try simple action-based requests
  • Ensure your account has enough activity

Autopilot Not Available

If you cannot activate Autopilot mode:

  • It is not enabled by default

What to do:

  • Contact the Adsroid team to request access
