No ads detected by a radar
This can mean that no advertisers are currently bidding on that keyword in the selected location, that the keyword is too narrow (try a broader variation), or that the selected platform has no active ads for this query at this time.
A known competitor is missing from results
The competitor may have paused their campaign, may not be targeting your exact location, or may be running ads outside the time window when the radar ran. Try adjusting the location or reviewing the keyword.
How often does Ad Radar check for new ads?
On the Scale plan, Ad Radar scans the SERP once per week per radar. If you need daily scans or multiple scans per day, this is available as an add-on outside of the Scale plan. Reach out to us at adsroid.com/contact and we will set up a custom frequency that fits your needs.
I am not receiving alert emails when new ads are detected
This most likely means that no email address has been configured in your project’s Notification Channels. Go to your project Settings → Notification Channels and make sure at least one email address is active. Once added, you will start receiving alerts for all your active radars. If an email is already configured and you are still not receiving alerts, check your spam folder or contact support.
The Ad Radar tab is not visible in my dashboard
Ad Radar only appears for accounts on the Scale plan. If you have recently upgraded and the tab is still missing, log out and back in, or clear your browser cache. If the issue persists, contact support.
