Upgrading, Downgrading, and Managing Your Adsroid Plan

Overview

Managing your Adsroid plan is simple and flexible. Whether you want to upgrade for more features, downgrade to Free, or update payment information, Adsroid makes it easy and transparent.

Upgrading Your Plan

1. Go to Dashboard → Account Settings → Billing.
2. Click Upgrade Plan.
3. Choose the desired plan (Monthly or Annual).
4. Enter payment details if required.
5. Confirm the upgrade.

⚡ Upgrading immediately unlocks Premium features, including the Conversational AI Agent and multi-account management.

Downgrading Your Plan

1. Go to Dashboard → Account Settings → Billing.
2. Click Change Plan → Free.
3. Confirm the downgrade.

🔹 Downgrades are pro-rated, so you won’t lose money already paid.
🔹 Free plan users keep access to weekly and monthly notifications, but lose Premium features.

Updating Payment Information

• Navigate to Billing → Payment Methods.
• Add a new card or update existing details.
• Changes are applied immediately for future billing cycles.

Canceling Your Subscription

1. Go to Billing → Cancel Subscription.
2. Confirm your choice.
3. Your account will revert to Free plan at the end of the current billing cycle.

• Try Premium to see the full AI Agent experience before committing long-term.
• Review notifications and insights to determine if your current plan meets your needs.
• Always check billing details after plan changes to ensure proper pro-rated adjustments.

💡 Pro Tip: All campaigns in your connected accounts remain active and tracked, even if you downgrade. Free plan still gives essential insights to optimize performance.
