Managing Multiple Client

If you manage advertising for multiple clients — whether that’s a handful of accounts or hundreds under an MCC (My Client Center) structure — Adsroid MCP is built to handle this from a single connection. One API key, one connector setup in Claude, and access to every client account you manage, without switching credentials, reconnecting, or juggling separate tools per client.

This isn’t just multi-account access — it’s an entire agency operating model condensed into a single conversation.

How it works

Every client you manage in Adsroid is represented as its own Project — with its own connected ad accounts, its own Business Context (identity, positioning, audience, USPs, pain points), and its own fully isolated data. Your single API key gives Claude access to the full list of Projects your organization manages, and Claude selects the right one based on your request.

This means:

  • No per-client setup. You don’t reconnect or reauthorize anything when switching between clients — it’s the same connection for all of them.
  • No data bleed between clients. Even though everything runs through one key, each Project’s data, accounts, and business context stay fully isolated from every other Project.
  • No manual account-switching. You don’t need to know internal account IDs or navigate MCC sub-accounts manually — you just tell Claude which client you mean.

Why this changes how an agency actually operates

Most agency tooling treats multi-account as “the same dashboard, filtered by client.” Adsroid MCP treats each client as a fully-informed context Claude can reason inside of — which unlocks things a shared dashboard simply can’t do:

Every client gets senior-level attention, automatically.
A junior account manager asking Claude to analyze Client Dupont’s account gets the same depth of reasoning — grounded in that client’s actual business identity, USPs, and objectives — as your most experienced strategist would apply manually. The quality of the analysis doesn’t degrade as your client count grows.

One conversation can span your entire portfolio.
Because every client is just a named Project away, you’re not limited to one account per session:

“Check all my clients for search term waste this week and tell me which ones need attention.”

“Which of my clients are pacing to overspend their monthly budget before month-end?”

“Give me a one-line health status for each of my 10 e-commerce clients.”

This kind of cross-portfolio triage — normally requiring opening each account individually — becomes a single prompt.

Standardized best practices, applied consistently across every account.
Whether it’s writing new ad copy, fixing Quality Score, or setting up an A/B test, Claude applies the same expert-level methodology to every client, whether that account has been managed by your best strategist or your newest hire. Quality of execution stops depending on which team member happens to be handling a given client that day.

Faster onboarding for new clients.
Once a new client is added as a Project with its Business Context filled in, Claude can immediately reason about their account with full context — no ramp-up period where a new account manager has to “learn” the client first.

A natural language layer over your entire MCC.
For agencies managing very large MCC structures, this removes the single biggest daily friction: navigating between dozens or hundreds of sub-accounts inside the Google Ads or Meta Ads interface itself. You never touch the MCC tree — you just name the client.

Working across clients in practice

Start a session by listing your Projects, especially useful if it’s been a while or you manage a large number of clients:

“List the projects available in my Adsroid workspace.”

Name the client directly, and Claude resolves it to the right Project automatically:

“How is Client Dupont’s Google Ads account performing this week?”

Switch clients mid-conversation without losing context — just name the next client:

“Now show me the same thing for Client Martin.”

Claude re-resolves the Project and applies that client’s own Business Context, not the previous client’s — so recommendations never leak strategy or tone from one client into another.

Working at scale (large MCC structures)

If you manage dozens or hundreds of clients, a few practices keep this smooth and safe:

  • Always name the client explicitly for any write action (budget changes, campaign creation, pausing). At scale, ambiguity is the main risk, not capability — being specific removes it entirely.
  • Use portfolio-wide checks for triage, and per-client confirmation for action. Ask Claude to scan across many clients in one go, but review and confirm each client’s proposed change individually before it’s applied — rather than approving a batch blindly.
  • Run the Weekly Account Health Check guide across a subset of clients in sequence to keep tabs on a large portfolio without manually opening each account.
  • Delegate confidently across your team. Because business context lives in the Project, not in any one person’s head, any team member can pick up a client conversation with Claude and get consistent, informed answers — reducing the “only Sarah knows that account” bottleneck.

Common error

If Claude returns an error saying an adsroid_project_id doesn’t match any project, it usually means the client name used doesn’t match exactly, or the client hasn’t been added as a Project in Adsroid yet. Ask Claude to list your Projects to get the exact names.
